There were a number of issues identified, which we were expecting since the door hadn't been serviced in a long time. We had a potential scheduling conflict that the guys were able to adjust to and got the repair done immediately. Verified We were in a pinch. Our escrow was about to close when my garage door opener failed. Steve and Rite-A-Way were recommended to me by the person who delivered our POD and it was a great recommendation. Steve came out the same day even though his crews were very busy. He tried to fix the opener but it was 20 years old and done. Steve even tried to harvest parts from another opener to save me money but it didn't work. Steve found a solution that wasn't going to cost a fortune. He did not take advantage of my situation and he was always on time! I will do business with Rite A Way again when the need presents itself and will recommend them highly to others.

Verified A few months ago they installed a new motor for our two-car garage. We recently needed to replace the garage door as it was cracked. Instead of using Rite-A-Way, we bought the door through Lowe's. They installed it and did a shoddy job. Door stopped working after two days. Called Steve and he came out right away and solved the problem, even though he hadn't caused the problem. And he didn't even charge us! This is a guy who really stands behind his work and his products. Will not make the same mistake again when we need garage door service and use Lowe's to save a few bucks -- will definitely call Steve!

I called at 10am, and Scott was out here by 12:30pm the same day. It was not an emergency, and I still felt as though they responded very quickly on such short notice. Scott evaluated my garage door situation, made the appropriate recommendations, and performed the needed work in a very timely fashion. The price was reasonable, and I am very happy with the end result. Verified Called to get some information today on different types of garage door openers & the cost to have one installed. The owner of the company (Steve) was very helpful, he explained what the differences were, the cost & suggested which one would be the best choice. Our garage door opener was so noisy it was unbearable. Steve said he could stop by on his way home from work & if we were interested, install a new opener for us, if that's what we decide. After meeting & talking with him, we said to go ahead & put a new one in. It took him approximately one hour & he was done. I cannot tell you how quiet the new opener is.....whisper quiet. What owner of a company takes the time anymore, to stop by in person & do the job himself? Steve went out of his way to see if he could help us & he did just that. My husband & I were so impressed with Steve & his work ethic! We highly recommend Rite Away Garage Doors, you won't be disappointed. A real top notch company. Thank you again Steve for restoring peace & quiet in our home!!

He was very professional and affordable. The second time I needed his service was today as we tried to open our garage and the spring broke, we called him and he came right out and fixed us up. I received a quote from another company to replace our garage door opener and decided to call around and I'm thankful that I came across Rite-A-Way. We scheduled our appt. for 6pm on a Monday evening and Scott arrived 20 minutes early. Which my husband and I both appreciated.
